This policy explains what Atlas Marketing collects when you request a free website audit, how we use it, and the choices you have. It's written in plain English on purpose.
The short version
Atlas Marketing runs free website audits for service businesses. When you request one, we collect the details you give us and the publicly available information on the website you submit. We use it to produce and send your audit — nothing more, unless you ask us to.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We never send you a sales call unless you request one.
What we collect
Information you give us: the website address you want audited, and optionally your name, business name, email address, phone number, and industry. Only the website address is required.
Information about the site you submit: we fetch and analyze the publicly accessible pages of the website you ask us to review, the same way any visitor or search engine would.
Anonymous website analytics: we assign a random identifier that lasts for your browser session and record the pages you visit, page-view timestamps, referring website host, UTM campaign details, coarse device/browser/operating-system categories, approximate country/region/city supplied by our hosting provider, and engaged time while a page is visible. We do not store your raw IP address or full user-agent string in our analytics records.
Basic technical data: like most websites, our servers may process standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver requests and keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To run your audit and generate your report.
To send you the report and, if you provided an email address, a copy for your records.
To follow up only if you asked us to — for example, to book the optional strategy call. If you didn't ask, you won't hear from us with a sales pitch.
To keep the service secure, diagnose problems, and improve how the audit works.
To understand anonymous website usage, such as which pages are visited and how long visitors remain engaged, so we can improve the site and our services.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask to join.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the service — for example, to host the site, store audit records, send email, and generate the report. They only process your information on our behalf and under our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep audit records for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we'll do so, unless we're required to keep it.
We retain anonymous visitor analytics for up to 12 months, then delete or aggregate them so they no longer describe an individual browser session.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email atlas.marketingpartner@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
If we ever send you email you don't want, every message includes a way to opt out.
